The Lemon Tree

No visit to Tenterden would be complete without a visit to The Lemon Tree. Set in a 14th Century Timber framed old hall house, the Lemon Tree Restaurant offers a quintessentially English experience. Classic English fayre is the order of the day, from the famous home-made Steak and Spitfire Ale pie, to great British "Bangers". Open for Full English Breakfasts, Morning Coffee with home-made pastries, Light and Full Lunches and afternoon teas, the restaurant is fully licensed and features Local English Wines, Beers and Ciders.  A landmark of Tenterden not to be missed!

Group Bookings

The Lemon Tree can accommodate groups of up to 70 guests, with menus to suit every occasion and budget. For all larger bookings we like to discuss your specific needs to be able to produce a menu that provides exactly what you'd like and within your budget.  We also cater for morning coffee and afternoon tea groups, whilst our sister restaurant, ZEST also in the high street, accommodates parties for lunch.
