The Cherry Orchard

Planting of the cherry orchard started in November 2007 and finished in February 2008. There are 240 trees in the orchard - early, mid season and late varieties. They are a special variety of tree which doesn't grow too tall so the cherries are easy to pick. Summer 2011 is our first crop of cherries and the picking season is from June until August.

Raspberry Oast Cards

The summer 2011 selection of cards are prints from original watercolours by Fran Sharp. The 6 watercolours are garden flowers, cherry blossom and cherries. The cards are being sold at the Cherry Orchard gate and at Valentines Leather Goods Shop, High St, Tenterden. Orders can be made by telephone or email. They are being sold individually or in sets of 6. The original watercolours are also for sale.
