If you have employees who are stressed we can help. As a local charity we can assist local employers to achieve some of their responsibilities under Occupational Health legislation for employees who may be struggling and in need of support. Tenterden Counselling Service is a registered charitable trust offering confidential counselling at an affordable cost. The Service relies solely on the donations given by our clients to pay for the costs of running the Service.

As an employer you have an obligation to ensure your staff receive the appropriate occupational health support to enable ongoing physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace.
