The Local Area

The Tower House is a two minute stroll from the tree lined high street of Tenterden with its many resturants, antique shops, tempting independent boutiques and the Kent and East Sussex Steam Railway. The perfect bed and breakfast in which to stay to explore the local area. Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Hole Park and Pashley Manor are only a short drive away. Spend a morning in Rye only 9 miles away followed by a walk on Camber beach then a delicous meal in one of the many old pubs on The Romney Marsh. Pippa and Mike's knowledge of the area is first class ... wine producers, gardens, couuntryside, great and unusual days out.

Parking

The Tower House Bed and Breakfast has secure off road gated parking if required.

Bedrooms

The Tower House has two large Guest bedrooms which are designed to offer a relaxed romantic style with antique iron beds and crisp white bedding adding to the luxury.

The shower rooms have powerful showers and fluffy white towels. The Salle de Rose ensuite offers views over towards Hempstead forest and the High Weald.

Breakfast

Pippa prides herself on sourcing local ingredients. The menu reflects the seasons bounty and fresh bread adds to the delicous breakfast experience. Pippa's' beautiful vintage china adds a special touch and not many people know this but she has appeared on TV for her cake baking.

The Garden

The Tower House has a peaceful walled garden. Guests can take tea and homemade cake under the ancient Mulberry tree or in the delightful garden room.
