Gibbet Oak Farm Shop sells its own Nightingales Apple – Cox/Bramley, Falstaff, Jonagold and Pear juices. Beautiful classically shaped tall green bottles deservedly bear the name of the man who has been growing fruit for about 45 years. Peter Nightingale captures the unique flavour of apples and pears by bottling the juice from apples and pears picked and pressed in prime condition from Gibbet Oak Farm orchards. Free tasting.

The Potato Shop of Tenterden has a surprise for you: the exotic colourful potatoes are from now on half price at the honesty stall. Unusually shaped, pink, red and purple (purple even on the inside!) and yummy, they give the whole new meaning to this erstwhile modest vegetable. Mind you, the other wholesome varieties The Potato Shop offers are not to be neglected: with their distinct nutty, sweet or buttery taste, suitable for baking, roasting, boiling or mash; they can be pre-washed and peeled - and they are all reasonably priced. Free advice from our friendly managers as well as leaflets with recipes and cooking tips provided. The honesty stall is open daily, 8am to 8pm.

We are delighted to be taking over the Cook Ready Meals from the Tenterden shop. We will be carrying the full range of Cook Ready Meals to include: 4 meal, 2 meal and 1 meal portions and desserts. All to compliment our existing farm shop range of fresh produce.

The Chapel Down Winery produces a range of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines from our vineyards at Small Hythe in Tenterden and also sources grapes from over 180 acres of vines across the south east of England. Our wines are available from our Wine and Fine Food Store which also sells a fantastic range of other local produce including locally made chocolate, confectionary, ice-cream, sauces, beer, cider, cheese, chutney and fruit juices. Visitors can try our wines in store all year round or take a guided tour of the vineyards and winery (April to Oct).

Gibbet Oak Farmshop is an established family run fruit farm just 2 miles outside of Tenterden on the B2080 Appledore Road. We sell products produced on the farm, supported by local produce, all based in the old farm buildings just set back off the road.

Fresh juices, home grown apples and pears, fresh daily bread, potatoes, locally produced free range eggs, full range of Korkers sausages, bacon, venison, cheese, local handmade pies, "Cook" meals, honey and honeycomb from our own hives, cakes, jam and marmalade and lots more. The Cherry Orchard is situated on the B2028 - on the right hand side 1 mile from the William Caxton Pub.

Planting of the Orchard was started in November 2007 and finished in February 2008. There are 240 trees - early, mid season and late varieties. Summer 2011 is our first crop of cherries and the picking season is from June until August. The cherries are for sale at the field gate on the Smallhythe Rd and also at Valentines Leather Goods Shop, High St, Tenterden.

Biddenden vineyards is open for visitors throughout the year and admission is free of charge. The vineyard shop is fully stocked with a wide range of local products ranging from jams, chutneys and honey to beers, biscuits and liqueurs. Our apple juice is also produced from locally grown apples. The vineyard also produces its own award winning white, red, rosé and sparkling wines, and ciders on site, all of which are available to try and buy in the vineyard shop. Our legendary ciders have won a number of awards, including the prestigious CAMRA Cider of the Year.

Gibbet Oak produces honey and honeycomb directly from the farm’s 100 hives and is well stocked for the winter months. Hannah, Silcocks' very own dairy guru, is proud to present 3 Organic Cheeses she makes at our Farm with the Milk from Silcocks Dairy Cows. Camambert-like Boresisle Cheese is really special - the Boresisle Heard originates from Silcocks Farm. Saint Michael's Cheese is fresh and unripened. Saint Michael's Blue Cheese is soft and ripened. All of them are positively ambrosial.

All our meat is from animals born and bred on our farm. Beef: from our pedigree and rare traditional Hereford cattle. We hang our beef for up to 28 days to enhance its qualities of flavour and tenderness. Pork: from our rare breed gloucester old spot pigs, born and reared outside to give pork that is succulent and full of flavour. Lamb: from our Romney and Dorset sheep, both renowned for their delicate flavour and tenderness. Rose veal: from our Hereford cross dairy calves who naturally suckle and graze, producing a delicate pink meat.

Dairy: we produce three soft cheeses made with the milk from our own dairy cows. Milk, cream and ice cream. Organic vegetables and fruit. Honey; from the bees with hives located on our farm.

Garden plants, logs, bean poles, stakes, fencing etc all from our coppice woodlands.

Nature and wild life; we actively support and encourage through our organic and sensitive farming methods, all forms of wild life and have two Nature Reserves located on our farm. Visit us and enjoy a walk around the farm. Look out for our special events and open days
