Email marketing is an exceptionally powerful tool. With the availability of smart phones, keeping in touch with your customers via email has never been easier or more effective. Plus, it’s also cost efficient, with sending costs of around 1.5p per email (depending on volume), compared to 28p for a direct mail piece that goes in the post. And it’s more environmentally friendly too.
Our email marketing system is specifically designed for businesses that want to stay in touch with their customers. You can either choose for us to create a brand new bespoke email for every campaign, or alternatively a very cost effective method is we can create a template in a newsletter or brochure style and then we can just change the different elements for you (whether that’s information or products) when you want to send it.
The process is simple. First we design the email and get your approval before building it in HTML. When building the email we follow best practice guidelines to ensure that the maximum number possible land in the customer’s inbox, not their SPAM. Every last detail is considered, even down to the subject line, to encourage as many people as possible to not just open the email, but to act on it too.
After your campaign has been sent we then supply meaningful statistics so you can see how many people (and who) opened the email, how many times, and even which links in the email were clicked. This enables you to plan your next campaign more effectively, as well as giving you a valuable insight into what your customers want. It’s the measurability that makes email marketing so powerful, compared to a direct mail or leaflet campaign where you may never really know how effective it was.
