St Mildred's Church Emanate Youth Group

St Mildred's Emanate Group meet in the Glebe Hall, Church Road, Tenterden and is for 11-18 year olds. St Mildred's Church is looking for a new leader for Friday Emanate, Sunday Emanate, and the Emanate Band.
Friday Emanate youth club runs from 7 to 9 pm in the Glebe Hall . There are club nights which means x-box or wii; table tennis; pool and table football; listening to music and chatting to friends. Sometimes we have visiting speakers, such as a local policeman and community warden, or a games night and when the weather is good we have messy games. This includes doughnuts, marshmallows, jelly and custard and chocolate.
Sunday Emanate is a Bible Study group on Sunday mornings in the Glebe Hall, which runs at the same time as the 9.30 am service in St. Mildred’s. On third and fifth Sundays we join the congregation for Communion. Emanate runs on 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sundays in the month, and 5th when they occur. We cover Bible stories as well as issues that affect teenage Christians growing up in a secular world.

St Mildred's Church Sunday Club

St Mildred’s Church Sunday Club meet at 9.30am in St Mildred's Church Hall on Parish Eucharist Sundays Contact details:
Sunday Club (3-11 years) - Shirley Docker, Tel: 762492
Run by our Children’s Minister, Shirley Docker, and her dedicated team of helpers, we seek to teach the children about the Bible and the love of God through fun activities including crafts, drama and cookery. The children particularly enjoy sharing what they have learned with the rest of the congregation when they join in with the end of the church service. We meet on Sunday mornings during term time at 9.30am in the Church Hall in Church Road. There is no Sunday Club on the first Sunday of each month because the children and their families join with the Family Service.
