April to October: open every day 10.30am to 5.30pm; November to March: open Tuesday to Sunday (closed Mondays) 10.30am to 4.30pm

Rainbow Plant Nursery is a real gem of The Rare Breeds Centre run by Canterbury Oast Trust. It is more than just a garden centre, it’s a hymn to "all things bright and beautiful". Here, on the bountiful lands of South–East of England, we nurture and sell a wide range of home-grown plants and produce. All aspects of your garden are catered for by our team of experts ready, willing and able to dispel advice based on years of experience. Rainbow Nursery has a separate entrance. You don’t have to have a ticket to Rare Breeds to browse in our shop and Garden Centre.
