Sophisticated dining on the Wealden Pullman Imagine a more elegant age. Dinner or lunch, with silver-service in keeping with the finest traditions of the Pullman Car Company. Meals prepared and cooked on board the Wealden Pullman. So join us on the train and relax with an aperitif before your meal in the comfort of our historic dining cars. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful countryside rolling by as your steam locomotive trundles sedately along the track. The Wealden Pullman dining experience is available on most Saturday evenings from April to November. Selected dates feature Sherlock Holmes Murder & Mystery or 1940's themes. Early reservations are strongly recommended, as services are extremely popular. We try hard to provide a steam train although sometimes only a diesel is available. Enjoy a six-course Saturday evening meal. And perhaps on Sunday we can tempt you to a three-course luncheon. For current prices see here. Dress code is smart. Gentlemen are requested to wear a tie. Saturday departures from Tenterden Town Station 7.30pm (boarding at 7.00 pm) and returning at 11.15pm.
