London Beach Golf Course

The par 70, London Beach Golf Course has been designed to challenge the experienced player and encourage the novice golfer to improve their game. The course has some of the best sand-based Greens in the area. All the Tees are elevated to give you the best possible start with your Drive or Iron shot! There are a number of carefully placed Bunkers to avoid and five ponds and lakes to add a degree of accuracy to your game.

Tenterden Golf Club is a members club, established in 1905 by a group of local businessmen who were avid golf enthusiasts. The mature golf course set in the beautiful Weald of Kent, close to the border with East Sussex, offers some stunning views and its tranquil setting ensures an enjoyable experience for players of all abilities.

The club is renowned throughout the southeast as a friendly golf club, catering for the needs of both competitive and casual players. Strategically positioned mature trees and streams require accurate golf if good scores are to be returned. However, the club policy of keeping rough to a minimum allowing the tree lined fairways to provide added interest ensures a comfortable speed of play.

Please pause to admire the views across the Weald from the 12th tee, the signature hole and the highest point of the course, before you take on the longest par 4 on the course at 471 yards. When on the par 3 18th, take in the atmosphere created by the secluded setting and tranquil surroundings comfortable in the knowledge, that what is to follow, the relaxing welcome received in the clubhouse. With fine wines, real ale and good wholesome home cooked food. It is an ideal venue for company events, society visits or individual players simply wishing to sample the delights of the beautiful Kent countryside.
