Service - Nursing Home

Halden Heights is a 59-bedded purpose-built care home providing 24-hour nursing care for clients over 65 who need nursing care. This purpose-built home is situated on the outskirts of the quiet village of High Halden. The home benefits from peaceful and scenic surroundings and a friendly community. The grounds are spacious and fully accessible for our clients and their visitors to enjoy and all our ground floor rooms give clients their own private access to the gardens.

The home has been built to a very high standard and offers a safe and secure environment that is homely, comfortable and peaceful. There are 3 lounges/dining rooms, one on each floor. All rooms are fully furnished, we also provide electric profiling beds and overhead tracking to assist our clients to maintain their independence. All rooms have en-suite wet rooms and clients can have their own private telephone line installed if they wish.

Our focus is on providing high-quality care in an environment which enables our clients to remain as independent as possible. We foster an atmosphere which allows each client, no matter how frail, to be given choices both in how they spend each day and in the care they are given.
