Justin Nelson specialises in non-contentious commercial legal work. I advise mainly owner-managed businesses on commercial legal issues and act for them in buying and selling businesses and buying, selling and leasing business premises. In Nelsons – Property and Commercial Law, we are highly experienced in supporting and facilitating residential conveyancing deals, whether it is purchasing or renting a property. Our experts are more than happy to advise you on powers of attorney – lasting and ordinary, trustee and general.
