There are four-posters, twin-beds, a charming family room and two suites including the contemporary-style platinum suite complete with a round bed. In common to all, though, is sheer comfort and a high level of amenities.

Facilities for those with mobility needs are excellent and include two bespoke bedrooms allowing easy access for our guests that use wheelchairs.

The White Lion Hotel is a 16th century coaching inn and gracefully combines 'olde worlde' charms with a contemporary look and feel. The Hotel is right in the centre and heart of Tenterden.

There are 15 comfortable, unique ensuite bedrooms and family rooms some with four poster beds. The hotel was recently refurbished and all the bedrooms and bathrooms have the high level of comfort that you expect from a Marstons Inn. Guests can also use the function and conference facilities and the restaurant. In the summer season Saturday nights can only be booked as part of a two night stay and it is advisable to book well in advance as we fill up quickly.

The bar and restaurant is the heart and soul of the White Lion Hotel and food is our speciality. The exceptional environment, combined with a fantastic menu, excellent fresh food and superb drink selection means you won't be disappointed.
